Store Credit Policy | Stevvex

At Stevvex, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we always strive to provide the highest quality products and service, there are situations where store credit may be the most suitable solution. In addition, store credit may be offered as part of our gift, reward, or promotional campaigns. This policy explains when store credit is issued, how it can be used, and the conditions that apply.

1. Eligibility for Store Credit

  • When an item is returned and qualifies for store credit instead of a refund.
  • When a promotional or special sale item is returned (if marked “Store Credit Only”).
  • When an order is canceled after payment but before shipment, if a refund to the original payment method is not possible.
  • As compensation for issues such as product defects, shipping delays, or customer service resolutions.
  • As a gift or reward, provided at our discretion.
  • As part of promotional campaigns, such as leaving a verified product review, participating in rewards programs, or other limited-time offers.

2. Non-Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
  • Returns made without prior authorization or beyond the allowed return period.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products.

3. Issuance of Store Credit

Store credit will be added directly to your Stevvex account on www.stevvex.com.

  • If you already have a customer account, the credit will be applied automatically.
  • If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one using the same email address used for your order in order to access and use your store credit.
  • The value of store credit will equal the eligible purchase amount, excluding shipping fees, marketing fees or other fees.
  • Store credit for returns will be processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Rewards & Promotional Credits

  • Store credit may be issued as part of campaigns or promotions (e.g., leaving a product review, seasonal promotions, or reward programs).
  • Credits issued as part of rewards or promotions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, unused promotional credits will automatically expire.
  • Expiration details will always be clearly communicated at the time of issuance.

5. How to Use Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be redeemed for purchases made on www.stevvex.com.
  • Credits can be applied at checkout using your Stevvex account.
  • Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for gift cards or cash.
  • If the order total exceeds the available credit, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.

6. Lost or Misused Store Credit

  • Store credit should be treated like cash.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately at support@stevvex.com.
  • Stevvex is not responsible for credits used without authorization once they have been applied to a valid customer account.

7. Additional Notes

Store credit is subject to our general Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Stevvex reserves the right to update or modify this Store Credit Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
