Stevvex Refund & Return Policy

At Stevvex, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Conditions for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please contact us at contact@stevvex.com with details of the issue and attach photos of the product.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval will be subject to a 35% cancellation, handling, and restocking fee before credit is issued.
  • Refused Deliveries: Orders refused at delivery will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued, as the package becomes untraceable.
  • Gift Cards & Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and certain items (outlined below) are not eligible for return.
  • Damage by Sharp Objects: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for goods damaged by scissors, knives, or other sharp objects during unboxing.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, undergarments)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance and final sale items

If you have concerns about a product’s return eligibility, please reach out before purchasing.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange.

  • Please do not return packages to any address other than the one provided by our customer service team. Return addresses vary depending on the product and location. To ensure a smooth return process, kindly send packet to addresses provided by our agents to obtain the correct return address before shipping your item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your exchange status.
  • If approved, we will promptly ship a new, undamaged replacement at no additional cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a discount code equivalent to your original purchase amount for use on a future order at stevvex.com.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Standard refunds (for any reason) will be issued as Store Credit. Please read more in our Store Credit Policy.
  • If exceptional circumstances apply, refunds may be issued to a PayPal account provided by you.
  • Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

💡 Please note: Shipping costs, any applicable return shipping fees, and marketing fees are non-refundable.

5. Damages & Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our shipments. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours by emailing contact@stevvex.com, including:
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will assess the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

6. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Stevvex error.
  • The item remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. To prevent damage during transit, please package returns securely, including all original boxes, packaging, and tags.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase or before our system automatically generates a shipping label for the order. Our system is designed to process and purchase shipping labels as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery and to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe.

Please note that our system updates order statuses every 30 minutes. This means you have a 30-minute window from the time of purchase to cancel your order before a shipping label is created and shipping is initiated. Once the shipping label is generated and the order is processed by our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible, and the buyer will be responsible for the payment.

8. Processing Times

  • Return & Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Exchange Processing: If an exchange is approved, replacement items typically ship within 3-5 business days of approval.
  • Refunds: After processing, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your PayPal account or be applied as Store Credit.
