Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become fully active.

Shipping from Worldwide Warehouses

We operate from over 60 fulfillment centers worldwide. To ensure the fastest delivery, we reserve the right to ship your order from the warehouse with available stock that is closest to your location. This flexibility allows us to reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary delays.

Shipping Methods & Options

At checkout, customers can choose from several shipping methods depending on their location:

  • Free Shipping – Always free of charge. Delivery time is provided before purchase and varies by region. Please note that Free Shipping does not match the speed of Express options.
  • Standard Shipping – Affordable, reliable shipping option with moderate delivery times.
  • Fast Shipping – Priority handling with quicker delivery compared to Standard.
  • Express Shipping – Premium option for the fastest available delivery.

  • Delivery times for each option are displayed at checkout.
  • Stevvex reserves the right to update or adjust shipping rates, methods, and availability at any time.
  • Customers selecting Free Shipping should not expect their order to arrive within Express Shipping delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method, customer location, and warehouse availability. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs clearance, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Worldwide Shipping – Available on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
  • Standard, Fast, and Express Shipping – Pricing varies by location and order size, and will be shown at checkout.
  • Every order includes a tracking code so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In rare cases, customs or import duties may be applied once your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Stevvex cannot predict or control customs fees, as they vary by country. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Fraudulent Orders & Risk Management

  • All orders are automatically screened by a fraud detection system.
  • If an order is flagged as high-risk or appears to have been placed with a stolen credit card, it will not be fulfilled.
  • Our system does not charge cards used in fraudulent or high-risk orders. Such orders are automatically voided for security reasons.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information or verification from the customer before fulfilling an order.

This ensures a safe shopping environment for all of our valued customers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Stevvex is not liable for undeliverable packages.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Tip: Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delays.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package reaches its destination country and is:

  • Refused by the customer, or
  • Not collected from the courier/postal service,

Stevvex reserves the right to treat the package as abandoned. In such cases, no refunds will be issued as the parcel becomes untraceable.

Orders Delayed or Stuck in Transit

Occasionally, international shipments may experience delays beyond our control. While uncommon, customs processing or logistical holdups may cause your order to remain in transit for an extended period. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.

Where is My Order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team at contact@stevvex.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide you with the latest updates, typically within 24 hours.
